Mason County Wedding - Sarah + Garrett

Sarah and Garrett’s wedding day was all about relationships. So many people/vendors who they asked to be a part of their day had personal relationships with the couple. For example, Sarah is my cousin, and I was thrilled to be asked to be the photographer for her wedding! That feeling of community support was palpable and it was such a fun celebration to be a part of.

One of my favorite moments of the day was during the Mother/Son dance. Garrett was dancing with his mom, when all of a sudden, his grandmother stepped in between and finished the dance with Garrett. It was an incredibly sweet moment, and I was very glad to have a camera in front of my face so no one else could see my tears.

The couple were married at a private venue in Washington state, overlooking the Puget Sound.
